How AIRHAWK® works
U.S. Patent number 11,173,975 Issued 11/16/2021, U.S. Patent number 11,453,450 Issued 9/27/2022

IST®
Patented Independent Suspension Technology eliminates much of the compression and shock of varying road surfaces to ensure your ride is smooth.
MEDIUM DIAPHRAGM ON FLEX FOAM
Soft and flexible interconnected air cells evenly distribute pressure throughout your seat improving your blood flow and conforming
to your specific anatomy as you shift and move.
Foam Cushion
The thin foam layer balances the diaphragm’s interaction with the IST bucket design. It also allows the seat cover to smoothly flex with your body’s motion.
PRESSURE MAPS
The pressure map readings above illustrate the difference between seat cushions that use Air Cell Technology and ordinary memory foam or gel cushions.
Do you see the red and yellow areas above in the Gel Foam standard cushion on the left? Those are uncomfortable “pressure points” that are caused by limited circulation and can result in pain after prolonged sitting.
Now, look at the Airhawk® cushion on the right. As you can see, there are NO pressure points. Air Cell Technology evenly distributes your weight for improved circulation and comfort.
