If you are dissatisfied with the performance of an AirHawk® air cushion for any reason, you may return it to the original seller within 60 days of your purchase for a full refund, provided you comply with all of the following conditions:
- The AirHawk® air cushion must be returned no later than 60 days from its original purchase date.
- The product must be returned in “new/resalable condition”.
- The return must include a valid proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or bill of sale specifically containing the date of the original purchase.
This Guarantee expires sixty (60) days from the date you purchased the AirHawk® air cushion and will be voided if the AirHawk® air cushion is damaged or modified in any way.
For AirHawk® air cushions purchased in the United States, you must first contact the AirHawk® Dealer that sold you the AirHawk® air cushion.
For AirHawk air cushions purchased outside of the United States, please contact the Distributor or Dealer from whom you purchased the AirHawk® air cushion. It is up to our International Distributors’ and Dealers’ discretion on how they process the return.
