Leather Goods Disclaimer
The leather is a natural material and is therefore subject to change from hide to hide and with daily use. Changes in the color of the leather and signs of wear are normal. Irregularities in the consistency and depth of the color in each seat should not be considered a fault but inherent of the natural beauty of leather products.
Airhawk® Return Policy
At Airhawk® your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know that a seat is a personal addition to your motorcycle and sometimes it is necessary to return or exchange an item.
All stock seats need to be returned to the original dealer where you seat was purchased.
We want to make it easy for you to get the right seat for your bike, and we’ll be as brief in describing that process, as our attorneys will allow. If you purchase a standard seat directly from Airhawk®, via our website or phone, you have up to 30 days after receiving it to let us know if you are dissatisfied in any way. In that unlikely event, we ask that you contact us by calling 1-888-443-2669 or email support@airhawk.net.
If the product was bought through a dealer, please work directly with that dealer in returning your product.
