Under the new warranty, Airhawk Air Cell Technology cushions are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials or workmanship. All Air Cell products are eligible, as long as they’ve been purchased from an authorized dealer. To take advantage of the warranty, customers must register their product at Airhawk.net within 30 days of purchase. Customers can activate the warranty by following 3 simple steps:  

• Contact Airhawk to fill out a claim form and provide proof of purchase.  
• Once the claim is approved, ship the item to Airhawk within 2 weeks.  
• Once the item is received, Airhawk will replace the item free of charge (except for shipping fees).
