| A big thumbs up to AirHawk and Tracy Dumont. I purchased a Cruiser and Pillion Cushions back in 2002 . They work great and really make the ride more comfortable. The black plastic air fill valves cracked on both seats this year due to age. I contacted Tracy and she sent out 2 new metal valves that fixed the problem at no charge. I consider that to be great customer service as the seats are 18 years old. All the best to the folks at AirHawk ! David P. |
