I bought my first airhawk about 8yrs ago and 6 months ago it came aparts, it literally unbonded, I called Airhawk and under new administrations they offered to replace it with the new Airhawk2 I have to say it is OUTSTANDING, I support longer more comfortable rides on my R1200GSA, their Customer Service delivered all and more thank you!!
