I have been using my airhawk for quite some time. This season when I went to throw my leg over my sled I realized my bladder was not holding air. Upon inspection I found a leak at the valve.
I contacted airhawk through their customer service on the webpage asking with best method of repair. I was contacted immediately and after a few questions was told they would be happy to send me a new bladder at no charge.
It is refreshing to know a company truly does have its customers first and foremost. I received my bladder and I’m happily riding again.
